Issued and uncancelled, certificate is in very good condition, with fold marks and coupons 8-100 attached (on two sheets). 37 x 26 cm. 

Company was formed in 1910, to build a section of a dream-line linking New York to Buenos Aires and Santiago, Chile. This company built only a 38 km line between two small towns, Durazno and Trinidad, in central Uruguay.
