Company was formed in Paris around 1880 to build a modern harbour at the Cuban port town of Matanzas, 50 miles east of Havana. Dated Paris, June 15, 1882, for 500 Francs. Issued and uncancelled, certificate is in very good condition with a fold mark, and all 40 coupons attached. 21 x 32 cm.
